The registered behavior technician supports the implementation of the behavioral plans for clients and participates in ongoing training in highly specialized strategies and interventions for implementing individualized behavior plans.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Adherence to the BACB Code of Ethics
Ongoing supervision by a certified behavior analyst
Medicaid Provider
In-services and trainings available upon request
Responsibilities:
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
Collect accurate data on client behaviors and progress
Assist in the development of skill acquisition programs
Maintain client confidentiality and uphold ethical standards
Communicate regularly with supervising BCBA and other team members
Provide support during therapy sessions, ensuring a safe and positive environment for clients

Requirements:
Certification as BCBA from the BACB or equivalent Licensure as LHMC/
LMFT, LCP, LCSW
Certification as BCaBA from the BACB (applicable for BCaBA position)
Ongoing adherence to BACB ethical guidelines and continuing education requirements
In-services and trainings available upon request
CEUs and 8 hours Supervision Course
Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans
Supervise and train RBTs and other support staff
Conduct assessments (e.g., FBA, skill assessments)
Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed
Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care
For BCaBS; Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to ensure effective service delivery
Maintain client documentation and uphold confidentiality and ethical standards
